Article 1 \u2013 Purpose<\/strong><\/p>

These terms and conditions govern the booking and stay arrangements at La Villa du Lac, located in Aiguebelette-le-Lac. All bookings imply full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions by the client.<\/p>

Article 2 \u2013 Length of stay and schedule<\/strong><\/p>

The rental agreement is for a fixed term. The client will not have any right to remain on the premises after the end of the rental period.<\/p>

Arrivals take place between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
Departures must take place no later than 11:00 AM.<\/p>

Article 3 \u2013 Conclusion of the reservation<\/strong><\/p>

The reservation becomes firm and final upon payment of the full amount of the stay.<\/p>

The rental is strictly personal and may not, under any circumstances, benefit any third party, whether an individual or a legal entity, even partially, without the prior written consent of La Villa du Lac. Any violation may result in the immediate termination of the stay, without refund.<\/p>

The rooms are designed for a maximum of two people.
Rooms 32 and 33 can be connected and accommodate up to four people.<\/p>

In rooms 15, 23, 24, and 46, an extra bed for a child can be added upon prior request and subject to availability. This request must be made when booking in the designated field.
The price is \u20ac25 per night, excluding tourist tax, payable on site.
This price includes services related to the additional person.
Extra beds are provided exclusively by La Villa du Lac. Bringing personal mattresses or bedding is not permitted.<\/p>

Article 4 \u2013 Cancellation by the customer<\/strong><\/p>

Any cancellation must be notified in writing (postal mail or email).<\/p>

a) Cancellation more than 7 days (120 hours) before the scheduled arrival date at 4:00 PM: full refund of sums paid.<\/p>

b) Cancellation less than 7 days (120 hours) before the scheduled arrival date at 4:00 PM: all sums paid remain the property of La Villa du Lac.<\/p>

c) In case of a shortened stay, no refund will be given.<\/p>

Article 5 \u2013 Cancellation by La Villa du Lac<\/strong><\/p>

In the event of cancellation of the stay by La Villa du Lac, the sums paid by the client will be fully refunded, without the client being entitled to any additional compensation.<\/p>

Article 6 \u2013 Arrival<\/strong><\/p>

The client is required to arrive at the specified times on the day of arrival. In case of late or delayed arrival, they must inform La Villa du Lac immediately.<\/p>

Article 7 \u2013 Use of the premises<\/strong><\/p>

The client agrees to occupy the premises peacefully and to respect their intended purpose as temporary accommodation.<\/p>
