• Lunchtime: 7 days a week from 12pm to 2pm.
• In the evening: Friday and Saturday from 7pm to 9pm.

The restaurant team offers you tasty cuisine, partly local and seasonal.
Semi-cooked duck foie gras, pineapple chutney, mango and red onion (supplement €4, Villa du Lac Menu)
Smoked sirloin carpaccio, sardines and wasabi
Pink trout in pomegranate gravlax, winter radish
Egg cooked at 64°C, Jerusalem artichoke velouté flavored with truffle
Leeks vinaigrette, our way, with hazelnuts and yuzu (vegetarian)
Seared scallops, coco beans in various textures, lemongrass emulsion (supplement €6, Villa du Lac Menu)
Guinea fowl fillet cooked at low temperature, Swiss chard with clementine, reduced jus
Confit beef cheek, red wine jus, heritage vegetables, truffle-infused mashed potatoes
Seared cod loin, shellfish sauce, broccoli and pak choi

Villa du Lac offers a unique experience: enjoy a special moment for two over a romantic dinner on our private dock. Let yourself be carried away by the gentle water and the beauty of the landscape in the comfort of our wrought-iron gazebo.
This table is only available for reservation in the evening and for 2 people. We do not charge a supplement, but a minimum order equivalent to a Villa du Lac menu at €42 per person is required.
For any special requests: birthdays, weddings, pontoon booking is done by phone (no online booking).
