The restaurant is open:
• lunch: 7 days a week at lunchtime
• In the evening: Friday and Saturday
Lunch service hours: 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
Dinner service hours: 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
* Lunchtimes from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Semi-cooked duck foie gras, black grape confit, toasted sports bread (supplement 4€ Villa du Lac menu)
Shrimp carpaccio with citrus and coriander vinaigrette
Beef tataki with soy, red cabbage and wakame
Egg cooked at 64°, mushroom, porcini and parsley espuma
Crispy fennel and blueberry salad with fennel seed crumble (vegetarian)
Castilian red pork rib steak, served pink, polenta with candied tomatoes and chanterelles
Seared pikeperch fillet, beets flavored with oregano, herb hollandaise
Duck fillet, sweet potato and fresh fig, port jus
Perch fillets meunière, homemade fries and mesclun
Burger: brioche bun, ground beef, iceberg lettuce, onion confit, heirloom tomatoes, truffle-flavored tomme cheese, Villa sauce

La Villa du Lac offers you a unique experience: enjoy a special moment for two, around a romantic dinner on our private pontoon. Let yourself be carried away by the softness of the water and the beauty of the landscape in the setting of our wrought iron kiosk.
This table can only be booked in the evening and for 2 people. We do not charge a supplement, but a minimum order equivalent to a Villa du Lac menu per person is required.
